Shipping
If your order has been placed before 3:00 PM, it is expected that your order will be delivered within 2 working days (in the Netherlands). For orders to Belgium and Germany, the average delivery time is 3 working days. For other EU countries an average delivery time of 5 working days applies.
For countries outside the EU zone, the delivery time can be up to 21 working days. If no delivery has taken place within this period, we request that you contact us at francoise@badcattooyarn.com
- Badcattoo Yarn currently ships orders to all EU countries. The webshop automatically calculates the shipping costs for orders from abroad, when you select the destination country (see details below).
- Your country doesn't seem to be listed? Please contact me and I will try and fix that.
- Badcattoo Yarn is not liable for loss or theft during shipment. Of course we will do everything we can to trace lost mail!
- It is very important that you enter your address details correctly. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, after placing your order. Please check your details firmly and contact us as soon as possible, if these details are incorrect so that we can change this before your shipment is dispatched.
- This website uses a Dutch address-format: if you can't register your shipping address the way it needs to be written on your package, please send me an email with the right notation at francoise@badcattooyarn.com.
- Unfortunately, once you have received an e-mail that your order has been shipped, nothing can be changed. If your order is returned to us because the parcel service has not been able to deliver it due to incorrect address details, the costs of re-shipping your order are yours.
- Please note: shipping to a PO box is unfortunately not possible.
The Netherlands
The costs for a Standard Package are € 6,00 incl.VAT (Netherlands)
We do not charge shipping costs for orders over € 100.00.
Europe zone 1

The costs for a Standard package up to 2 kg, without track & trace € 9.30
Europe zone 2

The costs for a Standard Package up to 2 kg, without track & trace are € 15.00
Europe zone 3
Norway, Turkey, Iceland, Switzerland
The costs for a Standard Package up to 2 kg, without track & trace are € 18.50

Returns
It is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase. If that is not the case, you can return your order within 14 days. You only pay the shipping costs of returning your order to Badcattoo yarn.
You are not required by law to give a reason when you return your order, but I would love to hear the reason for return, as feedback. This gives me the opportunity to improve my customer service and/or product(s).
Return conditions
The return period of 14 days starts on the day you receive your order. Please note: I only accept unopened and undamaged skeins in the original packaging, with the original ballband around it. Unfortunately, I can not take back skeins that have been (or were) wound into a ball. The costs of the return shipment are for your account.
Exclusion of right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for:
yarns dyed on request.
I want to return my order, what should I do now?
Please ensure that the skeins you return are returned in their original packaging.
- Send an e-mail to francoise@badcattooyarn.com which states you want to return, and I will send you the return address to ship to.
- At the drop-off point you will receive a track & trace code so you can track your package. This is also your proof of shipment. Please save your proof of shipment until you receive an e-mail from me that your return has been received.
- As soon as I have received your package you will receive a confirmation of reception. The purchase sum will be refunded into your bankaccount as soon as possible, but in any case within 14 days.
Please note: Badcattoo Yarn does not accept unpaid postage returns!
